In order to strengthen and endorse our methods in biodynamic viticulture, we end up with an analyzing of sensitive crystallization of the products presented above.
It deals with the representation of the organoleptic crystals by contacting 1 to 10 ml of wine and 2 ml of copper chloride ( Cu Cl2).

The formative forces of silica become tangled in flowery shapes and rosettes in the elements of the peptide material. we observe the lack of vacuole which results in the imbalance of the energy system.
It is an excellent result based on the method used both in agri-food industry and in preventive medicine. The scientists blame it for being intuitive ; for us it corresponds to the early stages of quality.
Additional crops
Olive oil: some 2,000 olive trees complete the farm ; they are organized either in plots of land as in the past or in oliveyards among which two are 100 years old. The oil that is made from them is labelled organic and biodynamic.
